Dies ist eine Sonderausgabe anlässlich des National Kongresses der sozialistischen Partei (PS) 1983 in Bourg-en-Bresse. Die Veranstaltung sowie der Automat waren der Öffentlichkeit nicht zugänglich und Normalbürger hatten keinen Zutritt. Nur Delegierte und andere akretitierte Personen hatten Zugang zu der Veranstaltung und zu dem Crouzet Automaten. Das Gerät war mit den damals aktuellen Tarifen von 1983/84 inklusive den Sendungszudrucken (PNU, LETTRE, "ohne Zudruck"; URGENT) programmiert. Bis auf den fehlenden Zugang für die Öffentlichkeit, erfüllen diese Sonderautomatenmarken den Status als Briefmarken und sind im vollen Umfang postalisch gültig.

This is a special issue on the occasion of the National Congress of the Socialist Party (PS) in Bourg-en-Bresse in 1983. The event and the machine were not open to the public and ordinary citizens were not allowed in. Only delegates and other accredited people had access to the event and the Crouzet machine. The device was programmed with the then current tariffs from 1983/84 and with prints for all types of shipments (PNU, LETTRE, "without"; URGENT). Apart from the lack of access to the public, these special ATM stamps fulfill the status of postage stamps and are fully valid for postal purposes.

Der Weltwirtschaftsgipfel 1989 in Paris war der Anlass für diese Automatensondermarke. Das Vordruckpapier "Taube" wurde erst am Abend des 13.7.89 in den Automaten eingelegt. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt wurde jedoch keine Post mehr abgefertigt. Daher gibt es von dieser Ausgabe keine Ersttagsbelege. Das Vordruckpapier ist noch am Morgen des 14.7.89 kurz gelaufen, bevor im Laufe des Vormittags wieder das Komet-Papier in das Gerät eingelegt wurde. Alle bekannten Briefe dieser Ausgabe wurden am 14.7.89 gestempelt. Der Automat war nur für Teilnehmer (ca. 7000 Politiker, Journalisten und Bedienstete) des Weltwirtschaftsgipfels „Sommet de L’Arche“ zugänglich, der parallel zu den Feierlichkeiten zum 200. Jahrestag der französischen Revolution, vom 14.-16.7.1989 im Pariser Stadtteil La Defense stattfand. Der Normalbürger hatte zu dieser Veranstaltung aus Sicherheitsgründen keinen Zutritt. Das Gerät war mit dem aktuellen Tarif von 1989 programmiert, allerdings wurden die Marken ohne Sendungszudrucke (PNU, LETTRE, “ohne Zudruck”; URGENT) abgegeben. Stattdessen hatte jede Automatenmarke, egal welche Sendungsart gewählt wurde, nur den ausgabebezogenen Aufdruck „SOMMET DE L’ARCHE“. Bis auf den fehlenden Zugang für die Öffentlichkeit, erfüllen diese Sonderautomatenmarken den Status als Briefmarken und waren im vollen Umfang postalisch gültig.

The 1989 World Economic Summit in Paris was the occasion for this special vending machine stamps. The “dove paper” was only handed in on the evening of July 13, 1989. However, no more mail was sent at this time. Therefore there are no first day covers from this issue. On the morning of July 14, 1989, the “dove paper” ran briefly before the “comet paper” was reinserted into the device during the morning. All known covers of this issue were stamped on July 14, 1989. The machine was only accessible to participants (around 7,000 politicians, journalists and employees) of the “Sommet de L'Arche” world economic summit, which took place parallel to the celebrations for the 200th anniversary of the French Revolution from July 14th to 16th in the La Défense district of Paris. For security reasons, entry to this event was not permitted for ordinary citizens. The device was programmed with the current tariff from 1989, but the stamps were issued without the imprints for all types of mail (PNU, LETTRE, “without”; URGENT). Instead, every machine stamp, no matter which shipping method was chosen, simply bore the thematic imprint “SOMMET DE L’ARCHE”. Apart from the lack of accessibility to the public, these special ATM stamps fulfilled the status of postage stamps and were fully valid for postal purposes.

The comet paper was dispensed from the only machine for the entire duration of the event, only briefly interrupted by dove paper, which was inserted into the machine on the evening of July 13th, 1989 and the morning of July 14th, 1989. Diese Automatenmarken-Sonderausgabe wurde während der Tagung der französischen Parlamentsversammlung „ASSEMBLEE NATIONALE“ vom 5.-7.12.1989 in Paris herausgegeben. Der Automat stand im Parlamentsgebäude Palais Bourbon in Paris mit weiteren Selbstbedienungsgeräten der Post, so u.a. ein Markenheftchenautomat, ein Bankautomat, ein Geldwechselautomat sowie Automaten für Briefumschläge und Fotokopien. Zugänglich war das Gerät nur für die ca. 600 Mitglieder der Nationalversammlung sowie für Bedienstete und Journalisten. Der Normalbürger hatte keinen Zutritt. Das Gerät war mit dem aktuellen Tarif von 1989 programmiert, allerdings wurden die Marken ohne die Sendungszudrucke (PNU, LETTRE, “ohne Zudruckt”; J+1, J+2) abgegeben. This is a special issue on the occasion of the issued during the session of the French parliamentary assembly “ASSEMBLEE NATIONALE” from December 5th to 7th, 1989 in Paris. The machine was located in the Palais Bourbon parliament building with other self-service devices from the post office, including a stamp booklet machine, an ATM, a money changing machine and machines for envelopes and photocopies. The machine was only accessible to the approximately 600 members of the National Assembly as well as staff and journalists. The average citizen was not allowed in. The device was programmed with the current tariff from 1989, but the stamps were issued without the imprints for all types of mail (PNU, LETTRE, “without”; J+1, J+2). Instead, every machine stamp, no matter which shipping method was chosen, simply bore the thematic imprint “ASSEMBLEE NATIONALE”.
